Academic staff/researchers from Kasetsart University received the IP Fair Pitching 2017 Winner from the IP Fair 2017: Innovation for Life and Better Future
An innovation from ‘fragrant coconut powder process’ (application for petty patent No. 1703000548 on 31 March 2017). It focuses on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to get good quality products from the very first start until to the end of the process. The process starts from select good quality coconut, separate water from pulp by means of clean, safe, preserve quality, to use as a good raw materials and send it to freeze dry process later. Freeze dry is a preservation which can maintain the quality of the raw materials. CoCo for Life: fragrant coconut powder can be consumed by dissolving at room temperature water. It is delicious, aromatic and refreshing juice and good for health.
