[2.3] Smart Building implementation
Kasetsart University renovated buildings into ‘Smart Building’ by using Building Automation System (BAS). The BAS will automatically control air conditioning, lighting, fire control, access control, security and elevator control system. There are currently 31 units of users in the building, totaling 855,640 square meters. (Figure 2.3-1-7)

Automatic fire engine system runs by gasoline in case when electrical power is disruptive or cut off.
